A software company for Dubai and the UAE, one hour away in Lahore
TintSol works with businesses in Dubai and across the UAE remotely; we have no office in the Emirates. Our engineering headquarters in Lahore is one hour ahead of Dubai, and our nearest Gulf office is in Riyadh. We build web platforms, mobile apps and custom software in English and Arabic.
We work with clients here remotely.
Working hours · Gulf Standard Time (GST, UTC+4)
Dubai is one hour behind Pakistan and neither side observes daylight saving, so the gap is one hour all year. A 9:00–18:00 Dubai day maps to 10:00–19:00 in Lahore. The UAE government moved to a Monday-to-Friday week and many private companies followed, so most clients share all five of our working days.
Dubai buys software differently
Dubai is a city of founders, regional headquarters and free-zone companies, many of them run by people from elsewhere. Software buyers here tend to move fast, think internationally and work comfortably with remote teams, but they expect English and Arabic, regional payment options and products that can serve the wider GCC from day one.
The emirate's digital-government agenda has also raised expectations. When residents can renew permits and pay fines in an app, they expect the same ease from a clinic, a property manager or a delivery service. Startups launching from Dubai's free zones often need a first version quickly, then a team that keeps shipping after it.
We are a remote partner for UAE clients and say so plainly. What we bring is a Gulf-facing delivery team that has shipped a bilingual on-demand marketplace, Makhdoom, with card payments and live dispatch, and a one-hour time difference that makes daily collaboration easy.

How we work
How an engagement runs from here.
- 01
Remote, with a one-hour gap
Stand-ups, reviews and quick calls fit into the Dubai day with no early mornings or late nights on either side.
- 02
Launch small, keep shipping
A fixed-scope first release gets you to market; a retainer keeps the same team improving it once real users arrive.
- 03
Ready for the wider GCC
We design for Arabic and English, several currencies and regional payment methods, so expanding from the UAE to Saudi Arabia doesn't mean a rebuild.

FAQ
Questions we hear here.
Does TintSol have an office in Dubai?
No. We work with Dubai and UAE clients remotely from our headquarters in Lahore, Pakistan, which is one hour ahead of Dubai. Our only Gulf office is in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Should I hire a software company in Dubai or outsource to Pakistan?
It depends on how much in-person time your project needs. A Dubai-based firm makes walk-in meetings easy; a Pakistan-based team works an hour ahead of you, can usually grow faster, and runs comfortably on video calls. Many UAE companies keep product ownership in-house and outsource the engineering.
How do I choose the best app development company in Dubai?
Judge them on a shipped product, not a pitch deck. Install something they've built, try it in Arabic, and ask how they handled payments and launch. Then confirm who will be on your team and what happens after release.
Can you build one product for both the UAE and Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We plan for multiple countries from the start: languages, currencies, payment providers and data-hosting rules. Makhdoom was built as a Gulf marketplace rather than for a single city.
Do you work with startups in Dubai's free zones?
Yes. We often suit a founder who needs a focused first version, scoped as a fixed project with milestones, followed by a retainer once the product has users.
How do engagements work for UAE clients?
Send a brief to hello@tintsolltd.com and you'll hear back within one business day. We then scope and quote the work as a fixed-scope project or a retainer, and most engagements start within 5–7 business days.
