No. We work with UK clients remotely from our headquarters in Lahore, Pakistan, four to five hours ahead of London depending on the time of year.
Should we outsource software development to Pakistan or to Eastern Europe?
Choose Eastern Europe if near-total time-zone overlap and short flights matter most; consider Pakistan if you want a wider engineering pool with a still-workable four to five hours of overlap. In both cases, the partner's process matters more than the country.
