A team shaped to the work
The mix of frontend, backend, mobile, DevOps, design, and QA depends on your roadmap, and it can change as the roadmap does.
A TintSol dedicated development team is a group of engineers, plus designers or QA where needed, who work on your product under an ongoing retainer. We choose the team's makeup for the work, onboard into your tools, and agree daily overlap hours with you, whether you are in the Gulf, the UK, the EU, or the US.
What our engineers build
The mix of frontend, backend, mobile, DevOps, design, and QA depends on your roadmap, and it can change as the roadmap does.
The team works in your repositories, ticket tracker, and chat, follows your conventions, and documents what it learns.
Planning at the start of each cycle, short daily check-ins in the overlap window, demos of finished work, and retrospectives.
Pakistan time is UTC+5: close to the Gulf, a shared morning with the UK and EU, and an agreed window plus written handover for the US.
The same people stay on your product over time, so knowledge builds up in the team instead of being lost between projects.

How hiring works
Share your roadmap, current team, and the gaps you need filled. We reply within one business day.
We propose roles, overlap hours, and how the team reports to you, then agree the retainer terms.
Access, environments, a walkthrough of the codebase, and a first small piece of work to test the setup end to end.
Planning, demos, and written updates on a fixed rhythm, with a regular review of whether the team's makeup still fits.
FAQ
We provide ongoing dedicated teams on a retainer. For work with a clear, fixed scope, we run fixed-scope projects with defined milestones instead.
Most engagements start within 5–7 business days of the initial brief. We reply to every enquiry within one business day, and the start date depends mainly on how quickly scope and the contract are agreed.
We agree a daily overlap window before work starts. Our Lahore team works on Pakistan time (UTC+5), one to two hours ahead of the Gulf, so Gulf clients share almost a full working day, and our Riyadh office is on Saudi time. UK and EU clients typically share their morning with our afternoon; US clients get a shorter window in their morning plus a written handover at the end of our day.
Yes. We review the team's makeup with you regularly and adjust roles as your roadmap changes, on terms agreed in the retainer.
Code ownership is agreed in the contract before work starts. The code lives in repositories you can access from the first day, so you can see every commit as it lands.
